We ship straight from our warehouse in Tilburg. Order on a working day before 23:30 (CET) and your parcel leaves the same evening. From there it takes two to three working days across Europe; the table below shows the cost and the delivery time for every country we ship to.

Shipping cost and delivery time per country

The delivery time below is the number of working days after dispatch. It is an estimate based on what the carrier normally manages, not a hard promise.

All amounts include VAT. You also see the shipping cost at checkout, before you complete your order. There are no import duties or other charges on top: we only deliver within this area. If your country is not on the list, we do not deliver there for now.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel goes out you get an email with a tracking code. Use it to follow your order on the carrier's site or through our track your parcel page.

If something goes wrong on the way

Until the moment you, or someone you have appointed, takes delivery of the parcel, the risk is ours. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, we sort it out: you get a new product or your money back. You do not need to take out insurance for that.

If five working days have passed since the dispatch notice and nothing has arrived, email us at info@ezspa.nl. We will chase it up with the carrier.

Collection

Collection in person is not possible. We work from a warehouse, not a shop.
