We do our best to keep the information on this website correct and up to date. Even so, something may be wrong: a price, a delivery time or a product description. No rights can be derived from obvious mistakes and typing errors.

A complaint or a dispute

If you are unhappy about something, let us know first at info@ezspa.nl. We reply within 24 hours on working days and will look for a solution together.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you can put your complaint to the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. As a consumer you can also always bring a dispute before the competent court.

Dutch law applies to our agreements. If you live as a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your own country.
