A massage on a bed can be very good for your body, provided you lie in a good position. Lie badly and it creates tension in your neck and shoulders instead. Read how that works.
Neck pain during a massage usually comes from a lack of support for your head and neck. With the right position and support you avoid it easily. This is how to lie comfortably.
You do not need much for a good massage at home. What matters is that you lie comfortably and have the right base. Read what you need.
The wooden frame adjusts to five heights and slides under almost any mattress. At its highest setting the set comes to about 38 cm: 30 cm of frame and 8 cm of cushion. Setting it a little lower is often more comfortable, depending on your mattress.
Unfold the frame, pick a height, slide it under your mattress and put the cushion on top. It stands in 30 seconds. The full explanation is in the manual.
The headrest cushion is vegan PU leather: wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. The cover is cotton and the carry bag is polyester-cotton; both can go in the machine at 40 degrees, without chlorine bleach. You can tumble dry on the lowest setting, but they last longer in the air.
