Exchanges
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please visit our returns portal and follow the instructions.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping information
Depending on your location, it may take some time for your returned item to reach us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refund process
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within a few days to your original payment method.
