Refund Policy

Returns
You can cancel your order within 30 days after delivery for a full refund, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Please make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging. Would you like to return your order? Then go to our return portal and follow the steps.

Exchanging items
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, go to our return portal and follow the instructions.

Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment. These costs are not refunded and will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping information
Depending on your location, it may take some time for your returned product to arrive. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund process
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
