Delivery of your order
The delivery time of your order is important to us. Therefore, your order is shipped directly from our centrally located warehouse in Lelystad. This allows us to guarantee fast delivery. As a general rule: orders placed before 10:00 PM on working days are delivered the next day.

Can I track my order?
We will inform you by email once your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation email explains how your order was sent. You will also receive a tracking code that allows you to track your order via the carrier’s website or via our tracking page.

Shipping insurance
To protect your order during transport, we offer the option to purchase shipping insurance for only €2.50. This insurance covers loss, damage or theft of your items. We strongly recommend choosing this insurance for peace of mind. Without this insurance, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged products.

I have not received my order after 5 working days, what should I do?
If you have received a shipping confirmation, you know your order is on its way. However, we can never guarantee delivery 100 %, as we also depend on the carrier. If you have not received your order 5 working days after shipment, please contact us at info@ezspa.nl.

Can I also pick up my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders on location.
