Delivery of your order
The delivery time of your order is important to us. That is why your order is shipped directly from our centrally located warehouse in Lelystad. This allows us to ensure fast delivery. As a general rule: order before 22:00 on business days and enjoy fast delivery within 1–4 business days across Europe.

Can I track my order?
We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation explains how your order has been sent. You will also receive a tracking code that allows you to track your order on the carrier’s website or via our tracking page.

Shipping insurance
To protect your orders during transport, we offer the option to take out shipping insurance for just €2.50. This insurance covers loss, damage, or theft of your items. We strongly recommend choosing this insurance so you can have peace of mind with your order. Without this insurance, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged products.

I have not received my order after 5 business days, what now?
If you have received a shipping confirmation from us, you know that your order is on its way. However, we can never guarantee the promised delivery date 100%, as we also depend on the carrier. If you still have not received your order 5 business days after shipment, please let us know. You can email us at info@ezspa.nl.

Can I also collect my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect an order on site.
