Setting it up, adjusting it and washing it. Sorted in a few minutes.
A few moves and the set is ready on your bed. Unfold the frame, cushion on top, pick a height. Easy like Ezspa.

Take everything out of the carry bag: the wooden frame, the headrest cushion and the cotton cover.

Put the wooden frame together. The parts click into each other; no tools involved.

Press the headrest cushion onto the frame. The velcro strips sit on the two support plates; lay the cushion on top and press it down.

Pick a height and slide the frame under your mattress. There are five settings. Choose the one where the cushion lies level with your mattress, not above it.

Lie down with your face in the opening. Your neck stays straight and your head hangs free.
Washing and cleaning
The cover and the carry bag can go in the machine at 40 degrees, with a detergent that has no chlorine bleach in it. If there are stains, a 60-degree wash is fine. You can tumble dry on the lowest setting, but they last longer on the line.
The headrest cushion is vegan PU leather and does not go in the machine. Wipe it with a damp, non-abrasive cloth or a soft sponge, with a little mild soap in plenty of water.
The wooden frame you wipe with a damp cloth. Nothing more is needed.
Store the set in the carry bag after use. That keeps the wood dry and stops the velcro strips filling up with dust.

What is in the box
Five parts
A V-shaped foot, two curved uprights and two support plates. The parts click together; no screws and no tools involved.
Vegan PU leather
Horseshoe shape, so your face hangs free and your nose does not press against anything. Wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap.
Cotton, 40 degrees
Over the cushion, because that is what touches your face. In the machine at 40 degrees, without chlorine bleach.
Polyester-cotton, 40 degrees
Everything goes in together: frame, cushion and cover. So the set is out of the way when you are not using it, and it travels with you.
Choosing the right setting
Nothing to fasten
The V-shaped foot lies flat on the base of your bed, under the mattress. The weight of the mattress holds it in place, so nothing needs fastening and no screw goes into your bed.
Five notches per upright
The upright runs straight up along the head of your bed. The support plate clicks into one of the five notches, and that sets the height of the cushion. Try the buttons under the drawing.
30 cm frame plus 8 cm cushion
The plate sits beside your mattress, at the same height, not on top of it. That keeps your head in line with your body. At the highest setting the set comes to about 38 centimetres.
No fixed size
The thicker your mattress, the higher the plate sits in the notches. With a thin mattress it sits lower and the upright rises above it; that stands beside your head, so there is room for it.

Unpacking
Everything comes out of the carry bag together: the frame, the cushion and the cover.
Under the mattress
The foot goes underneath, the upright comes up along the edge of the bed.
And then massage
Face in the opening, neck straight. There is nothing else to do.
